    The DEMA-Construct threshold maker is built with the aim of combating erosion on the field. The device applies small heaps of soil between the backs of the crop by means of shovels. This slows down the water and keeps the water on site between the ridges. The threshold maker with 5 arms consists of 4 support arms to support the threshold arms with hinge & drive shaft. Furthermore, it consists of 1 hydraulic motor which drives a camshaft, which in turn always guides one arm over the cam. A shovel is mounted on the arm with a specific shape that fits between 2 backs of the fruit in question. The arm is, in turn, tensioned against the cam by a tension spring in order to be able to make the desired movement. The cams are shaped so that the shovel stays in the ground for a long time and is only removed from the ground for a very short time to form a threshold. The constant & adjustable speed of the motor ensures that a threshold is formed between each back at the same, adjustable distance.

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
    The DEMA-Construct threshold maker is built with the aim of combating erosion on the field. The device installs small piles of soil between the ridges of the crop by means of shovels. This slows down the water and keeps it in place between the ridges.
    The device can be placed on a planter or seeder, but can also serve perfectly on an independent chassis for use after planting or sowing.
    The threshold maker is modular to such an extent that it can be placed on any planter or seeder, regardless of the year of construction.
    On the self-contained chassis, it is constructed in such a way that it can be used for several crops. Depending on the back width, the shovels can be placed closer or wider apart. In addition, the shovels are very easy to change depending on the type of back.

    The DEMA-Construct threshold maker consists of 5 arms as standard. However, this can be expanded or reduced to the number of desired arms. Depending on the total size, the description below should be adjusted analogously to the number of arms.
    The DEMA-Construct threshold maker with 5 arms consists of:
    wishbones to support the threshold arms with Hinge & drive shaft. Each wishbone contains 2 brackets to hold the pivot shaft and 1 bearing UCP207 drive shaft.
    hinge shaft diameter 35, length 3m for 5 arms drive shaft diameter 35, length 3m for 5 arms. With a keyway of 20 cm every 60 cm.

    o Which transmits the rotating movement to the drive shaft by means of chain wheels and chain o Which is connected to the tractor by means of 2 pipes (P&T) with quick coupling.

    OPERATION:
